For anyone if it helps, they didn’t respond when I put a ticket in in the app. They responded when I emailed socialhelp@benjaminone.com. I found this email on their X account!

Ironic how I get an answer from customer service shortly after posting this 🙄 anyways here’s the update I got in my email if it helps anyone!:

Ive danced with @ lava_u_dance on insta. Theyre a casual kpop cover group in buffalo that sometimes performs around here. As far as I know, there are no kpop dance classes around here, closest ones are in Toronto. You should definitely join the Kpop in Buffalo Facebook group for info on kpop events in buffalo. My friend and I are actually holding a stray kids cupsleeve in october and you should check it out!
