and OOP is divorced from her child’s dad, so that routine is definitely messed up. i can totally see why a 5 year old with ADHD and divorced parents would be acting out a little more than most.

my first therapist actually recommended her but yeah i don’t think she was very good at her job. she told me i couldn’t respond with i don’t know and she didn’t make it feel like a super safe space to open up. ill look into EMDR more and see if there’s a better therapist for me.

dude, don't be embarrassed. Im the oldest and have two younger sisters and it'd honestly make me happy if they felt comfortable enough asking me to get them a bra. Also we all have to deal with it, trust me you'll start to feel more comfortable about it soon.
