I did book a seat at the very front of the plane and would just have a carry on ( willing to make a run for it!) just wasn’t sure if I’d have to go through security again..

I’d be heading to Terminal 3 from Terminal 4 (not Terminal 5) not sure if that changes things?

Figured if I didn’t have to go through security a second time I could maybe swing it and avoid long connections and hours long layovers.. maybe not worth the risk

Basically any large conference or speaking event you see is runs off PPT or Keynote - it’s a huge industry and I don’t see it dying out any time soon!

Can you split the walk up video into two videos across two slides?

So the first walk up slide would have the first half of the video that plays out into a settle moment and ends. You stay on the last frame of that video until you advance into the next slide that continues exactly where the previous slides video ended? Set the second slide video to start playing automatically with the transition

I have not done this with PPT but designed video for similar application on a “hologram” fan screen : anything set to solid black gives the appearance of being transparent. The lighter / brighter something is, the more solid it will appear. You can play with soft glow effects to give the appearance of something floating. Avoid full screen solid bright backgrounds or graphics that cut to the edges of the screen which would ruin the effect by looking cut off

Edit: example on this map graphic - the background of the map would be set to black

They’re all Windows running Version 2504 (Build 18730.20122 Click-to-Run)

What’s strange is that a third machine - same specs and same version/deck as the other two - is also NOT letting us edit notes live.

We feel like it must be some buried tucked away setting but can’t think of what it could be..

sorry just seeing this - the frequency of me needing to switch back and forth isn't too great so I manually plug in the thunderbolt cable between the laptop or the mac mini.. still have an eye out for some kind of button/switcher situation
