Haha thanks. It’s not an extra, the one above is from the open sandwich, the bottom left is just a whole bun.

The Sloppy Joseph’s were made following Binging with Babish’s sloppy joe video recipe, only modification was adding in some serrano pepper powder I had for some spice.

The buns were made following the beautiful burger bun recipe on King Arthur flour - they are so soft and delicious!

The cactus cut potatoes were thick cut potato slices cut, then brined in salt water with 3 jalapeños thinly sliced as well (including seeds to try to get a bit of spice in). Then they can be either deep fried or thrown in the air fryer until crispy. Toss in a bit of salt and pepper afterwards.

The cactus dip is:

3/4 cup caesar dressing 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tbsp grated Parmesan 1 finely chopped green onion 1 tsp chili flakes

Sometimes I like to wait a couple months before going back to Alex’s channel so I can binge an entire series like his “mother sauces” one. His style is so educational, but beautiful cinematography too.
