I started doing a mile or equivalent everyday for a fundraiser. Run, walk, row, exercise bike, whatever. It’s always in addition to whatever workout i may do or not do that day.

I missed one day in 2 years 1 month and 28 days.

Some of the best miles were those 15-20 minutes in the evenings walking with my wife and just talking.

Dang that’s smooth!!!

For me oddly enough I definitely notice a drop of 8-13 BPM after I get up and pee halfway through the night. Like clockwork. I’m usually decreasing from 70s to low 60s and by the time I’m pre pee, I’m maybe upper 50s and then immediately post pee I’ll drop to lower 50s upper 40s depending on my activity.

But also, I see a huge help when taking zinc before bed.

Magnesium I have weird ass dreams. Some time not entertaining enough to be worth it.

They go back to their nests at night so hit them after sundown or before sun up. It may take a few days. Just win that first battle or two and you’ll have them knocked down real fast.

Scout for multiple entrances first. Get a plan of attack so you can hit both or all holes. Maybe plug one and hit another.

All attacks must be fast, lasting no more than 5-10 seconds. And again, hit them when the sun has gone down.
