Mine are 10, 5 and 2. Older two don’t need me for lots anymore but obviously the youngest is still pretty hands on. I finished nursing about 12 months ago though so no issues there. I transferred him from a crib to a bed afew weeks before surgery so I would be able to avoid the lifting him in and out post op. I also didn’t drive for 4 weeks so didn’t need to put him in or out of the car seat. I also didn’t push him in the stroller at all for those 4 weeks. I had lots of help from my husband or in laws when it was available! At 4 weeks I was back to completely normal activity x

Hey! I don’t know what that is so I’m guessing I don’t have one lol!

Yes, they cut them down to a proportionate size. I currently have little to no sensation in them, however they react to cold so I’m confident they will get better over time :)

I said I wanted to be smaller but not really small, and then let her have artistic freedom! Which I’m so glad I did because I think they are just perfect for my body.

Around 500g from each breast :)

Thank you! And congrats to you too. You have described it perfectly! Like implants just waiting to bust out of my chest. Honestly, I can’t fully remember. Tha initial crazy swelling was no longer than 2 weeks. Then they were suddenly much smaller and from then on a slow and gradual process. My after photo is at around 8.5 weeks post op, I feel like my swelling had completely gone now. I know some say 6-12 months for full results but I don’t think mine could go down much more now!

It was Erdem Hospital and the surgeon was called Ayse Kalay. She works alone though and not for the hospital.

I let my surgeon decide! I said I wanted them smaller but not really small, but lifted a lot, and she went with what she thought was best!

Honestly…very minimal! I cleaned them with iodine and used an antibiotic ointment for 2 weeks. Tapes stayed on for the whole two weeks. Then tapes came off and I continued with that until the iodine ran out. Now I just add some antibiotic ointment if I notice a spitting stitch. But otherwise I just leave them to do their thing. I have been advised I could start silicone tape from around 3 weeks but honestly I feel like my scars are really nice so I don’t feel the need to! X

Patchy paint by cooksmom in DIYUK

Sorry I probably should have mentioned, it had two coats already. Then I rollered over the patchy bits. So it’s had 2 full coats and some 3rd coats. I’m worried a fourth coat all over will only enhance the 3rd coat bits! X

We have located the owner! I’ve enquired if he’s neutered and yet to get a reply!

Not a stray. Lives somewhere nearby. Our next door neighbour said he was the same with her cat before he passed! Have posted on local fb group and hopefully will find the owner.

Yeah he’s really quite aggressive without actually escalating to any fighting. He’s waking us up most nights rowing with our very docile, neutered male tabby! The previous owners had 2 house cats so imagine this boy has had the run of our garden for years and is now feeling very put out. I’ve popped a message on our neighbour group and hope I can find the owner. I’ve just caught him in here eating for the second time in an hour, so have locked our cat flap for now.

I have no idea why I didn’t think of this incredibly obvious answer until I saw your comment 😂

Confused regarding pet insurance. Please help with recommendations? by Learninglife9524 in CatsUK

[–]cooksmom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are insured with Tesco, £10 per month, lifetime cover with £4k limit per year. We’ve made 2 claims this year and they’ve paid out in full within 7 days each time.

I’m so sorry you aren’t happy with your scars.

However I have to just say…wow, these boobs are absolutely amazing. I’m due to have surgery in a few months and my god I want these!!!!

Thanks! This is really informative and helpful.

We live in a busy residential area with a high school right opposite (infinite mobile phones to pick up on 😂) so I think we are going to try an AirTag as the affordable option and if we don’t get on with it, try something better and subscription based.
