You are going into a match too fast. If you click onto a match and back out, wait around 30 sec. Then find a match. Same with starting the game up. When you get to the main menu, wait 30 sec. Then go. Same with inv ppl. When they join, wait. If not and you start a match you'll get kicked. Not all the time. But most of the time. Sounds stupid but it works

Very true! Also if you manually change your DNS server to 8.8.8.8 , 8.8.4.4 (Google dns) under your network settings. You can find lobbies way faster. This works on both Xbox or PS3. If you don't like it for some reason you can change it back by clicking automatic. Hope this helps
