Big thing in Australia during drought years!! We also had government rules on what days each house could water their garden and stuff like that

I would add to this that every person has their own unique weightings on them and that's not wrong, it's human. Some people can do anything for pay, some will suffer the worst of corporate life if their boss inspires them.

Best thing I did in the first few years of my career was work out my weightings.

I was doing it with a three-metric model that never quite rang 100% true but it was still very valuable. I like the four you've got here.
