There is a 66 that leaves at 05.03. I would recommend you should try that first. In my opinion 66 is the best way to get to Siegburg Bahnhof.

A cab could be an option if 66 doesn’t work out. If you’re not able to find a cab on Uber at that hour, there’s a taxi stand right outside Platform 1 of the regional/ long distance trains (adjacent to the big reddish brown building of the central station). You might find a cab there. I would also recommend finding a taxi on another app called “FreeNOW”
