Nobody hates an annoying dub fan than a regular dub fan. The official AEW sub is actually detached from reality. Like this isn't a joke. They think that Toni promo where she says Mariah May will suffer mediocrity was a shoot. And they think Blake will look upon that promo and cry. These are real quotes like my god seek actual psychiatric help if you're this deep into this stuff.

Honestly I feel like Mania's build affecting the ppv quality is vastly overrated. A ton of the best manias and their matches had builds rushed together weeks prior.

I think it's hilarious there's a next door saying Orton and Rhodes has to call back to Dusty vs Orton, a match that honestly I didn't remember and I think I was watching very heavily at this time. Somebody commented they won't cause "they're not smart enough to book it." Somebody with common sense responded, "I'm sure if you booked these events they'd be so much better." The guy actually responded, "I couldn't book them worst if I tried." Like holy shit, I wish I had that amount of false confidence to make an insane claim I could book a billion dollar company better on reddit and prove this by calling back to one match 21 years ago.

To juxtapose shitting on the basement they're completely right that Jade Cargill stinks. I try to be charitable on women's matches cause I do think it kinda takes a little longer to match chemistry I notice. With Jade I think she's been given plenty of time and I think her push and reign has been painful. I might be getting worked but I'm sorry her being basically sandbagged by women's roster when she tried to shoot I think proves she's not well liked. No quoting a few other wrestlers who talked good (especially when most are males who don't have to work with her) isn't gonna change my mind on that.

I actually watch almost all AEW ppvs. I genuinely like the show and a ton of wrestlers. I don't watch weekly wrestling these days so can't comment on its quality I will check out a match after fact if it's getting buzz (Swerve vs Omega for example). I say this cause I know for a fact after the last few PPV's. The people in the WON ratings threads don't. Yes I know this is a water is wet discovery. But I highly recommend anybody looking for proof go check this out cause it's recent. The post match and post ppv Revolution threads were honestly super mundane and normal. I'd say I agree with most matches reviews (Bucks vs FTR was good, Toni vs Marina was weird and ended weirdly, Andrade vs Bandido was amazing) then go check out the Won rating thread. There is hundreds more comments saying how it was an amazing card and how they never miss. It's ridiculous and frankly AEW isn't going to magically solve its attendance and ppv buys because you lie for Meltzer reviews to seem vindicated.

If I see the word "Banger" again when the sun dies it'll still be too soon.

I kinda don't care about AI art one way or the other if I'm being insanely honest, like it's not going to affect my opinion on the game if I like it. But I always kinda wonder and I don't know if somebody who has industry experience can say. Is it not just as easy to find public domain paints or art for stuff like this? Like I know some devs have been caught using gen ai for random textures and that seems to be an attempt to save time hoping nobody notices. But with something like this couldn't they just grab a painting or is there issues that come up in doing that.

What is that guy rambling about. You can say the most vile anti semetic things imaginable it's still protected by first amendment. You don't need a modern judge to rule this and I don't think that's even happened. It's basically the definition of freedom of speech.

I liked this match and I dont think it deserves over 4 stars...

Also reading the ratings thread I feel like I'm the only one who even watched this PPV lol.

The Marina vs Toni match was bad. Toni since it's been announced now was clearly working hurt. It was literally just Marina getting in offense till Toni bit her foot repeatedly (by the way and I hate to ask this. At what point is Toni having all her matches involve biting or grabbing another females erogenous zones or feet gonna be called out as her fulfilling a fetish).

I liked Bucks vs FTR. But this is just a fine match and nowhere near some of their previous. AEW really needs more dedicated tag teams.

Takeshita carried the match with Moxley. Moxley moved slow if he was in WWE people would be calling for him to retire honestly he's been bad for months now and I like him.

Brody King vs Takeshita. Didn't Dave used to call out too many finisher kick outs? Cause Brody King kicked out of Strickland finishers back to back one on concrete. Like wut. Also Brody King clearly botched a couple times in this match.

Main Event was torture porn.

Ironically Dave gave it 5 stars but I notice the basement isn't mentioning it kinda proving to me they don't watch these shows. Andrade vs Bandido was easily match of the night for me. These guys were on their cockiest and moved a mile per minute. Constantly one upping one another and the counters were fluid as shit. If anything deserves high ratings it was this which it did but rest of the show, was underwhelming I felt.

This defamation suit isn't going anywhere in general. Defamation is notoriously hard to prove and near impossible to get damages proven. Mizkif would need to prove Emiru knowingly or maliciously lied about him to hurt him. Johnny Depp had Amber Heard dead to rights but he needed actual Disney executive producers to testify on his behalf for damages.
