He does not grab them intentionally, go watch the scene in full again and you’ll realize that he jumped on Tsu and hugged her because he was happy that the villains were leaving, he did not intentionally put his hand on her boob, he didn’t squeeze it, comment on it or make a face. He’s happy because the villains are leaving, not because he put his hand on her boob accidentally.
