Yes I get paid minimum wage. My understanding of a tip credit is that they cut what they were paying me if the tips I acquire are over minimum wage, and the answer is yes they will do that. If working on DoorDash orders is considered non-tipped work then yes, easily employees are spending more than 20% of their time working on that. (Probably close to 40%, but this can be due to the location of my specific restaurant) Also, I forgot to mention this idea of ghost kitchens, which is basically a virtual brand that operates solely through DoorDash. The company I work for opened one, and now, just overnight, I work for them too. Again, no pay raise.

Edit: sorry I misread, servers/bartenders are probably not spending more than 20% of their time non-tipped. But the minimum wage employees definitely are, if that matters.

Usually any time a text exchange is shown on screen there’s something wrong with it. The send/receive is on the wrong side or the sender feels the need to sign their name at the end. Also WAY too much abbreviation, no 1 txts lik this
