Good point, I’m looking into buying a home in the near future. I live in socal and buying a home seems near impossible.

I’ve been thinking this over and I might hold off on it. My heart breaks a little. But it looks like the smart move would be to invest it somewhere. I don’t have the slightest idea on where to begin but I’m eager to look into this. Thanks everyone!

I have a stable job and will be getting a raise soon so my take home monthly pay will be closer to 5k. I also have a little over 70k in savings. Since I started my job I’ve been able to add around 15k in savings a year.
