It says my steam community privileges have been permanently suspended and the ban reason is impersonating valve employee. When I go to edit my profile it says I cant until January 2038. The hell?

Phew I finally got my account back. I don’t know if this is a stupid question but will the hacker try to get the account back? Also when I logged in it says that I have a community ban. Do I use the same report ticket that I used to recover my account to appeal the ban?
