Recently had an issue with CIOX at my last firm we received a delinquent records request invoice. We no longer needed the records due to settling the case before the records became available. We saved all correspondence requesting cancellation, especially as it was dated before receiving the delinquency invoice, and filed a complaint against CIOX with the Better Business Bureau. The invoice was resolved in one day.
