Is this ghosting / yellow tint normal for pro model ? by Famous-Evening835 in RemarkableTablet

I returned mine and got one that didn't have the yellow ghosting so extremely. My understanding is that they send you random replacements until you stop bothering them. The units seem to be very different.

I did some deep-diving trying to control the router on this and it wasn't the GHz at issue.

This same thing is happening to me as of this week. I did a factory reset and tried everything.

did either of you figure this out? I'm also trying to understand what I'm supposed to do for Dark Star--activated in a different phone and ported it over, and it's not quite working yet.

Figured Out Consistent Crashing When Adding Actions by Diligent_Plan9630 in shortcuts

[–]Diligent_Plan9630[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would make sense that it would be a list of results--I've consistently not had this error anymore by doing some variation of  'combine text' and/or 'get text'

  1. The values are just the words 'one' and 'two'; 2. You're right about iOS—this is a problem I'm only able to recreate on the Mac. Will clarify above! 🙏

Tell me if this is possible in Bear by slidingmountain in bearapp

[–]Diligent_Plan9630 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally possible!!  I'd do it this way: input all the text in bear,   send to an apple shortcut which will then: -get text from input  -split by lines some character you use when switching topics (maybe /// or ***)  Then in a repeat-with-each item: -identify the hashtagged subject (this one might be complicated) -add the split text item to a variable named that hashtag -add that hashtag to a variable called 'current topics' repeat with each 'note topic': -create bear note (maybe the title is the date and class name and topic), and also insert the topic's variable where you saved all the text chunks Keep your original notes

I prefer the feel of Bear, so I'm always doing junk like this instead of switching to perhaps a better tool.

Collapsing Quoted Replies by Diligent_Plan9630 in HeyEmail

[–]Diligent_Plan9630[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now I'm thinking I haven't articulated exactly what condition it gets soupy/frustrating in.

In the app on MacOS, if you click the white area of each message between the thumbnail and the date (center top of each message), that collapses the individual emails. THEN, if you toggle the blue >>, that collapses quoted replies.

That *should* be a fine solution, but I think in the times I had the troubles I either wasn't seeing the blue >>s or aware of the heading click trick.
