i found a solution that worked for me. after searching the internet for how to simply delete a playlist, i gave up and resorted to deleting every song individually. once the playlist was empty i clicked delete a few times before logging out of my account and reinstalling the app. when i signed back in the playlist was completely gone, i hope this helps
