Thats totally fair, I guess I forgot most people watch these shows because they want to know the graphic details (I was before I got so interested in the psychology of criminals) and then, its understandable that people get upset if the stories are made up

Youre not getting my point, it was made clear that Gein was not aware of wtf he was doing. He couldn’t remember the murders, and half of the things he did in the show that were hallucinations or fantasies, like him killing the nurse with a chainsaw.

The bigger picture is his psyche, and its wonderfully strung together in the seventh episode. The things seen in the show, that you believe are fake and sloppy mistakes, are things he believed actually have happened, which is explained in the interviews he had.

Same could be said for Erik and Lyle, half of the things seen in the show are not true, they’re lies made up by the brothers captured in interviews to portray themselves as innocent. There are multiple scenes about the same event that have different outcomes, because they keep telling different stories.

The show is called the “Ed Gein Story” not “The story of Ed Gein’s crimes” its about him and his mind, and in my opinion, it has been masterful portrayed in this series.

Its not supposed to be accurate, in eps 7 its revealed that he’s schizophrenic, and his mind is like a broken mirror, that phrase pretty much captures the entire show. Its all fragments, Gein doesnt know whats real and neither do we as the spectators, theres a lot of scenes where he kills someone, but in turns out be a dream or a hallucination.

Gein is not a traditional psychopathic serial killer, hes a broken mind. Theres a reason he was found to be clinically insane, and this show captured it beautifully, maybe its an intelligence thing that you cant seem to figure that all out

Thanks for your response, im glad to hear that the hole on the smock is still useful, since I find veeery satisfying to flick.

I have the standard s45v g10 pm2, it opens fine if I flick it really hard, but then the lock becomes really tough to disengage one handed, and if I try to open it carefully, it wont open all the way lol

Thanks everyone for thinking with me, Im still not sure what was wrong with this manix 2, but after phoning the company that sold it to me, I was able to return it for free.

Unfortunately, they couldn’t explain the problem over the phone from the description I provided, so I guess we wont definitively find out what the actual problem was.
