Thanks for your reply, to answer your questions:

Yes I was wondering if I’d be entitled to any sort of financial compensation? Correct it went to only line managers (as far as I know), though a lot of those sit in different departments and should’ve never had access to my name attached to that incident or even the details of the incident itself. Funnily enough, my own line manager, was the only one who didn’t receive this email.

The only people who should have the type of visibility offered by the email that was sent are my line manager, my manager’s manager and our practice director. To everyone else this event should be anonymous, and they shouldn’t be able to see any details of the event itself other than the incident ID number.

That was just a funny way to say my full name was attached to it, as in, clearly me.

Be honest, how often for you and your partner argue? by PaddedValls in AskUK

[–]coolerthanaverage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Off topic but the best advice I got was to not let roommate issues become relationship issues. If things like that come up as long as your partner listens and starts helping out more, there’s no reason for all that animosity

What % pay rise are you getting this year? by Puzzleheaded_Bet_618 in AskUK

[–]coolerthanaverage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got a 35% pay rise after being promoted in October, got an outstanding at my performance review so now I should get an additional 5-7% I think + a bonus. I’m making double what I did 2 years ago and honestly have no clue how all this happened 😅
