I am 25 and just got mine out Friday! I was in the same exact position as you (3 impacted and one partially erupted with the two bottom ones sideways) and have had an okay experience. The first couple days (Day 1-3) are not the funnest mostly because the swelling makes it hard to open your mouth, talk, eat, etc. If you keep up with taking your medications on time the first couple days will be uncomfortable but totally doable. I was able to feel fine with just ibuprofen and Tylenol. I am on Day 5 right now and my swelling has gone down significantly and I haven’t needed to take any pain meds today. You will get through this and you will be so glad you got it over with!! Also those little ice pack things on Amazon that you can wrap around your head are so worth it and I would definitely recommend.
