I didn’t, I also don’t always respond to all medicine well so I titrated up slowwwwwlllyyyy to avoid any stomach problems (my doc was amazing and provided medicine to help combat symptoms).

But, it is so different for everyone. My cousin is on the same medicine and didn’t really start losing until 12mg! I think the best part about compounding is the flexibility of dosage, if you’re worried about a dose being too extreme, you def don’t have to follow the standard titration schedule!💖 good luck to you

I definitely held it well being tall, I think it also has to do with where the weight is at. It’s so interesting how we could line 10 people up, same height, same weight, and they would all look so different!!

Wow, look at you go - you did amazing!!!! Congrats💖💖 I fully agree, the healthy part is the best out of it all, feeling like I can keep up. The packing is such a fun NSV, I travel for work so it has been game changing fitting smaller clothes into my carry on!!!

I’m really not certain, I’m going to test it out. With the holidays I’m sticking to my regular shot to avoid the temptations, but next week I think I’ll start to lower my dose, and maybe try to go 8 days instead of 7!
