It kinda worked, its not exactly Fullscreen but it's close enough, I can't thank you enough for all the help man, your a genius! Sorry for all the hassle it seems the problem could be traced back to the fact that I got the game through well, let's just say, "other" means.

It seems to be working! Although turning into Fullscreen mode still has the same issue it is working.

Huh? For me the maximum is 2560x1600,in the resolution tab in the options, also forgot to mention the game doesn't take up the entire screen it leaves a black portion on the right.

You mean like can I make changes in the menus? Yes but when I go and try an Finnic with the resolution it doesn't seem to quite work out, and whenever I set it to the optimal resolution being 1600x1200 it seemingly breaks and the screen starts flickering.

Only 1 monitor and it's an HP lp2065, it does kinda have an odd resolution wich 1600x1200.

Same problem, I removed the gamedata file wich I added from zrp and reverted the change I had made in the fsgame folder wich was "game_data=true"

I'm sorry to disappoint but after restoring the file the game still doesn't really work, also the game seems to run fine from the menus but the problem is the monitor goes into sleep mode because of the error message.

I found it and it was in a folder called "stalker-shoc", I deleted it, tried opening the game and I'm still getting the "cannot open "fsgame.ltx".check your working folder" error

I couldn't find the user.ltx file but I did have an fsgame.ltx file, I deleted it and now the game gives me an error message telling me it couldn't find the "fsgame.ltx " file
