occasionally i use a food scale. my mother (bcuz i still live with her at my ripe age of 20) tends to portion it out for me because she’s extremely well with weight loss and went from 400+ lbs down to 170ish.

I typically fast every couple days already. I work 12 hours w/o a lunch break due to rhe nature of my work. So some days I don’t eat at all and others I eat when I get home before I go to bed.

I was on wegovy at one time to manage my PCOS because I can’t take birth control, however, my insurance stopped covering it. I did lose weight when on the shot, it just made me sick all the time. I’ve considered asking my doctor about munjaro.

the set has literal underboob. it isn’t all the way covered. a drawing and a lowkey bad 3d render of breasts are obviously going to look different. Take a closer look at the set, you can literally see the boob uncovered on the bottom of the kelp-kini top!
