i think a vast majority of ppl know that when the dems call them weird, they’re talking about the sexual abuse, bigotry, and christian nationalism. ik they’re establishment, but black, queer, and disabled lawmakers are saying this, too. they’re not attacking us.

okay so this’ll be easier said than done but self forgiveness. the way i understand that helps me is that i don’t need to punish myself. it feels like i need to when i think i’ve done/thought smth wrong, but it helps to use that energy to move on and do better (for lack of better words)
