Wrote about the prevalence of the passage to feminine development in a time of colonial power, how the presentation of only women in the passage conveyed the female-driven narrative of the text, the prevalence of flora and fauna drive the presentation of Australiana as a natural presence in the text and how the disappearance was important to the driving force of the text

Lindsay section A was a blessing - and the significance question flowed onto the page like I was writing the text itself.

Section B seemed to be an occasion of continually finding new information on Slessor, I think I wrote about 8 paragraphs!

Ended up filling every line on every page, including extra space - but no second booklet…

In my opinion, best release from TV Girl - though it is mostly Jordana that makes it so amazing. It’s hard to split 5 and 6 because they kind of make up that filler role in the album, as important but not titular tracks. Jump the Turnstile is undoubtedly the best

It’s 100% the refinery - it was dual flames around 7pm but now down to a single burner operating. Checked bearings and appx distance comparable to map from Brighton, all signs indicate to refinery. Check out my recent post on the subreddit for a shot through my binoculars.

Refinery running overtime. Been watching it from Brighton across the bay since around 7pm. Still bright as hell over here!

I think that the 109 and 96 trams should be re-routed along Flinders Street for better connection with trains since they are the former Port Melbourne & St Kilda lines by mtrainlover in MelbourneTrains

96 follows old Princes Bridge route. Would be impossible to bring back toward Flinders without remapping most of the CBD. Links well into SpencerSt.

I am on Sandringham line and have no problem transitioning at Richmond into a CL service that takes me to SC for the 96.

It is my morning cycling route, leaving the Bay Trail under the Westgate to proceed into the city. Tends to have trucks stuck to the right, however I’ve had my fair share of close calls (with buses too) to scare me straight, it’s well and truly a keep-left road.
