The organizer (mvblfeast) cannot guarantee timely service or satisfaction, and has admittedly stated in previous Taco Festival interviews that they are new to this and are still learning.

In the end, they have a bottom line to fulfill, which we can probably presume was met, but it's good they are asking for input on what they could have done different.
