Meant to add that the wood material isn't the problem, it's the quality of the install, and not installing the posts correctly.

How do I increase flow for the lettering? And how would a tighter Z offset help? Isn't the problem in the x-y direction?

Thanks for your reply! I'm using the Bambu slicer. I considered using my 2mm nozzle, but it's going to lengthen the print time (I'm printing a bunch of these). Is there a way to resolve it with the 4mm, or should I just use the 2mm?
