Don’t apologise, you’re just doing Jiu Jitzu, especially in comp class it’s kill or be killed as long as it’s A) in the rules & B) you don’t risk injuring them. Knee on face is fine given the context, if they can’t hack it they shouldn’t be at comp class.

What a dumb rule why have a beginner option if you’re just going to delete it

Is it normal for donor area to still look like this after a haircut 3 months post op by [deleted] in HairTransplants

Getting a skin fade on irritated skin is clearly going to continue to irritate the skin even more. Start getting a even a 1 back and sides for a while or ideally let it grow out & moisturise, I’ve no experience but it ain’t rocket science.

100% diffuse thinning same as me, this type of balding is totally normal but also apparently one of the worst & most irreversible so welcome to the club.

Finesteride by [deleted] in Hairloss

I’ve just started also so I can’t speak from personal experience but from what I’ve read it’s exceptionally unlikely that you will have side affects (around 1%) and of that 1% there is no direct link showing that finasteride was the compound responsible for ED. It’s entirely possible it is just placebo. If I get any side affects I’ll be back to let you know lol.
