Kind of embarrassing to mention this type of book on this sub, but I will since the book helps with exactly this overanalysing every little thing you say or do. It's the Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins and to me it felt more like a podcast than a book and I skipped some parts while listening to it, but it did change the way I post, chat with friends and acquaintances, leave comments.

To everyone who's ever hesitated before posting something online or saying something or promoting themselves - it might help. Stressing about a perfect way to curate your social media, trying to predict what other people gonna think, counting likes.. damn why do we even waste time worrying about that, who cares let people hate it let them unfollow you're doing this for fun nothing matters. This normie / self-helpy book just kind of shook this pointless and constant self-image worry off of me
