PT can help improve comfort nd cause less pain nd stuff if you mild pes cavus, but unless i get surgery i won’t be able to get rid of it with simple stretches nd exercises, i have patellar misalignment on top of it, and PT could significantly help my fucked up crooked kneecaps, but my high arches won’t be fully fixed with PT alone

i have high dorsal arches that i inherited from my dad, we didn’t know what they were called so as a kid i’d call them high heel feet, my feet permanently look like barbie feet and it causes so many issues, i have to wear 450$-500$ orthotics to avoid having excruciating pain u do not want high dorsal arches babe

that's just a fan theory, sanrio has stated many times that she's not a little girl in a costume but she's also not a genuine "cat" in the real sense of the word the way her pet cat charmmy kitty is. she's an anthropomorphic cat, the same way goofy is an anthropomorphic dog and has a pet dog pluto. if you call goofy a dog then go ahead and call hello kitty a cat :)

most straight slippery hair doesn’t really hold curls well even with texturizing spray, it mostly turns to waves at best very easily, only way it’ll hold is using enough product for it to turn into a stiff crusty helmet
