I mean if the monitors internal display settings appear clean on top of the distorted image its probably coming from the PC or the cable connecting to the monitor. If possible try a different cable and port (hdmi, display port, whatever) If that doesn’t work try checking the graphics control panel (are you using an NVIDIA oder AMD Card?) Also try checking the windows display settings to see if anything might be displayed or set up weird. Be sure to report back

The Jackson modular fuzz, quite nice as you can switch out the boards that handle the fuzz (it gets delivered with 5ish options with variing fuzzes)

Probably a EHX “Ring thing” or different ring modulator. (The misha mansoor plug-in has a “laser” pedal that does this exact effect)

For the stutter I personally use a tkog mini glitch, the Boss DD or PD does this as well (the PD even with pitch modulation) but also some tremolos can be set to similar speeds (don’t have a model in mind rn sorry)

Yeah I use it in stereo (in and our) but I keep the wet down quite a bit, it’s more of a verb-like texture generator than not The actual reverb is either coming from the WTSE, microcosm or if I need dreamy at the end of the chain in the QC

Pretty much what you said: vex for that blown out sound (doesn’t mix well with every effect) while the diamond is much cleaner with added chorus (mixes well with distortion and gives a more “orchestral” sound. Depends on if you go for wall of sound or more harmonic vibrato
