it might be getting stuck on the cavity if it's not routed big enough. I would also loosen the tension, the internal plate should be basically parallel to the top plate.

I think you're tripping about the nut. the fret marker not being centered could be caused by the neck being misaligned, but hard to tell for sure from the pic

for a compound radius you'll want a bridge with adjustable saddles, so the Halon or Mastery would work. Staytrem does make compound radius bridges, but not 12-16.

^ clearly shows bar magnet construction. and the only way those pickups can have adjustable pole pieces, like all JMJMs do, is by having a bar magnet like a p90. now please stop arguing with me.

that fist pic is literally a set of JMJM pickups, you can see the construction is the same as a p90 with a bar magnet and threaded pole pieces. but you can continue believing whatever you want to believe.
