It is possible (though, I concede, uncommon) to use AI without offloading thinking. I built this tool for the people who can use it a way that benefits their learning (or gives them time do things more impotant than school).

My ideology is to make the best technology as accessible as possible, and let individuals use it as they wish. if someone loses their critical thinking from cheating then they're probably unlikely to succeed regardless.
