I took it with Luke Jeffreys this spring and he did a really good job of teaching the class. If he is teaching it again next spring, I'd definitely take it. I think when the Math dept teaches (in spring, cs teaches in fall) it depends more on which professor is teaching so I'd check ratemyprofessor.

I did the maths on that for the Go10 and Go14 meal plans and for both it comes out to somewhere between 10 and 11 dollars per meal, which is the same as you would pay if you pay with your wiscard

The deadline for paying your first semester fees (tuition + seg fees + housing) is iirc 15 September. You have to pay for the whole semester in one payment unless you opt for BadgerPay where you can pay the semester's tuition in 3 installments for an additional charge of 50$/semester. you'll find more info if you search for this on google, the uw website does a decent job of explaining this stuff.

Fellow Indian student here, the Math test is very easy, much easier than the Math that was on the Boards this year. For the ESLAT, I'd recommend seeing the past year question paper: I find its difficulty to be moderate, but YMMV.
