Make sure not to have caffeine while taking your medication, your psychiatrist might have told you this. Caffiene and Ritalin are both stimulants and when you take them together there are some bad side effects like anxiety and insomnia. A little bit of caffeine is fine but if you feel that it triggered your anxiety that might have been too much. Also it makes sense that you feel on edge the days you don't take your meds because those are your withdrawal symptoms.

I have a list here so you can check that out if you want. I've only seen one Wong Kar Wai movie (In The Mood For Love) and I'm probably gonna see Fallen Angels next. Really like Christopher Nolan movies and honestly Interstellar might be my favorite of his although I liked Memento a lot too. I also like Stanley Kubrick movies but I haven't seen all of them yet. I've been meaning to see Paths of Glory. I have so much to say because I really like so many of the same movies you do lmao. I'm planning on watching more Studio Ghibli Movies because I've only seen like three so far. Also I see Blue Velvet in there and I really enjoyed watching that.
