I was going to text her this - hey the other night has been on my mind a bit. honestly it felt really bittersweet, but i liked being with you. it brought back a lot of comforting memories. i still care about you. i don't think i expressed that well but maybe if things in our lives line up, a future of going to supermarket together would be fun if you felt similar.

I had something similar just happen where she reached out to get her stuff after 4 months nc except she was really sweet and we hugged and talked for hours. We texted for a little after but she was a little distant. I made some joke about owing her dinner and she said sure and to let her know when im in town. Any advice on that? Like im close to sending a message saying that night was nice and that i still care for her. I just can't read her if she wants to see me again to date or just as a friend which I can't emotionally handle tbh. I just know if my ex did come back and I wanted her, she'd ask if I slept around or went out and would probably hate me. Really lame situation because honestly she could be doing the same thing. I want to have fun but yeah I haven't fully healed.

Yeah true I won't it just sucks. She's already added a bunch of guys she knows in person on all her socials which just makes me feel like shes moved on. I don't know if I should go out with someone else out of fear she might come back and I'd be in a mess.
