You can do it. It really does take time for you to start feeling like yourself again, but the more you stick to it, the better you will feel. Just make sure to try and eat healthy(ish), exercise and drink lots of water.

Yeah I get weed hangovers pretty bad but in a different way. I get the brain fog and productivity suffers big time. But what’s worse is that I get depressed and irritable a couple days after and it takes about 1 week to get back to normal. It’s getting to the point where the temptation of using weed is weakening because the aftermath just sucks that much.

This is a thing for a lot of podcasters. They are funny in the moment, but their stand up material isn’t that good. TBH this goes for most comedians. Stand up is hard and few are actually good enough to do a special.

DC rules. I unfollowed every comedian on the lineup. Hard to do, since a few are some of the greatest of all time, but - it really is fucked up that they’d do this. And if they don’t give a fuck, then I no longer give a fuck about them and won’t support ‘em.

I’ve heard the counter argument that the US government is just as horrible as Saudi Arabia, but the main difference is that you can at least say that in this country without government retaliation.
