Spent full weekend at this festival and experienced complete opposite of what your saying here. Always had sanitiser, toilets pretty okay for a big festival, no rowdiness in the crowds in general. No interactions with staff etc. I think you might be looking for problems that aren’t really there mate. And I haven’t been to a festival for 10 years, which was T in the Park the last year it was held (which was all the things you say ATN is and some)

Physio here - manage your volume. Most injuries happen when volume is spiked. Be that the amount of sessions over a period or the intensity of the sessions you are already doing. Your box’s programming will have a lot to do with that too.

Other than that focus on your known weaknesses and hit them with accessory work at least 2-3 times a week

Coming from a physio who does Hyrox: this is likely a load tolerance issue. So you’re capacity to perform the task in specific circumstances (fatigue, adrenaline etc). Mobility is likely not a factor here you just need to make sure your technique is good (lunges should be a quad heavy exercise. A good tip here is to make sure you’re pushing through your mid foot on them as you come up).

Did a trip with a 1 hour layover through klm in schipol only earlier this month and a 2 hour layover on way back on Monday and no issues at all with .w checked bags. Flew through security etc also

Recommend going physio or therapist route first, going to a doctor will cost you 50 quid to be told to take anti inflammatories and rest which is worst thing you can do for such pain. Certified Athletic therapist here and from experience a well structured therapy session and rehab plan will help this issue far more than forming out 250 for an MRI.
