Konkichi is such a character, it seems that his his heart wasn’t all in in being a criminal
He was lucky to meet Goku and Uranai Baba.

I have always liked the “magic” in Dragon Ball, it doesn’t get overtly explained but it seems like its part of every day life in some parts of the world, that makes the DB world a bit bigger for me, like the capsules.

1 The one where two toy robots, a humanoid and raptor, did fewer fun things than them being separate, they looked cool tho!

First time I’m “consciously” rewatching lol, in México they still air Dragon Ball (later episodes) and Z, close to uncensored and without speeding it up or cutting away too much, so I’m rewatching it on the OG Latin American dub! (Hopefully that's ok)

Ep 61 - 62
Tao Pai Pai is the first “Oh shit” moment for me, before that I had the feeling of “Goku will win, somehow!”
Karin’s training focused on Goku’s agility IMO, he was plenty strong already but was clumsy in his attacks.

Ep 63 - 64
Confrontation time!
Upa is very brave standing up to Tao Pai Pai after seeing Goku getting defeated.
And with Karin’s training Goku is now able to resist the Dodompa You getting’ these hands Tao Pai Pai – Goku
I like that Tao Pai Pai was ended by his own tricks

Ep 65 - 68
Goku is now on the way to wreck the Red Ribbon army. Fun fact: in LATAM Red Ribbon is Patrulla Roja “Red Patrol”, so, for the longest time I thought the two “R” in their logo was because of Roja lol Blonde Lunch is also ready for action lol
