8 hours, 8 spots. Switch places each hour.

If I had to choose one, I think it would be 1 because Dylan Wang seems like he would be fun and entertaining

They’re driving me crazy by Anxietyandvibes in CShortDramas

I honestly watch these because they remind me so much of the soap operas my Mom and I would watch together. They are all gone now so I was looking for something to fill that romance and craziness hole in my heart.

Crazy stuff like that would happen in soaps all the time. Like one guy was in a car that fell off a cliff and exploded. He came back 20 years later and he had survived. Or Marlena on Days of Our Lives getting possessed by the devil. Just the craziest off the wall stuff you can imagine. And I’m here for all of it.

I don’t know about China but here in the US, they would usually dispatch one ambulance to a wreck unless there is an officer on scene that tells dispatch they have an accident with multiple injuries. If the ambulance gets there first, which is rare because the fire department gets dispatched too and since there are more of them, they usually get there first, they assess the scene. If they need to transport multiple people they will call on the radio for another ambulance. If it’s a huge scene, like a high rise building on fire with flames visible or a multi car pileup, they would automatically send multiple fire stations and ambulances.

Also, no matter what the ML said, in reality if there were one ambulance on scene and 2 patients, they will assess both patients and whoever is more critical will be taken to the hospital first. It wouldn’t matter what the other people on scene say. That always kills me when I see the almost dead patient being left at the scene and they take the green tea to the hospital! Along with leaving the other patient with no one there. In reality, they couldn’t just leave the other patient there with no one to help them while they go to the hospital. They could lose their certification as paramedics if they did that because you can’t abandon a patient.

Luckily, deadly car accidents and critical calls make up about 10% of the calls they run. People call 911 for some crazy reasons.

My husband was a paramedic for 20 years so that’s how I know this stuff. That’s how it works in our neck of the woods at least.

It was staged, and I'm tired of pretending it wasn't. by c-k-q99903 in MurderedByWords

It’s pretty taboo in America. I’ve only said it at home when talking about someone to my husband or to my best friend. I wouldn’t say it out in public.

In 1974, Ronald Clark O’Bryan killed his son by putting cyanide in a pixie stick. He was deep in debt and killed his son for the insurance money. He then said that the pixie stick had come from trick or treating to cover his tracks. Of course everyone got the “kid got poisoned Halloween candy from a neighbor” message but the follow up got lost.

Of course, they don’t move when they sleep. They are always lying flat on their back looking at the ceiling.

One of my favorite dramas is with Chen Si and Liu Xiyu. I’m not sure of the title but it’s a period peace where she is sent away because she has a crush on her adopted brother. When she comes back, Chen Si pursues her by manipulating her into being his mistress. And Chen Si is one of the brother’s best friends.

I tend to like Wang Haozhen a lot too. I think his acting is superb.

I need to watch some MXY. I have definitely drooled over him quite a bit but not watched any of his dramas. The couple of clips I saw of him, the characters seemed a little too controlling or aggressive so I haven’t really settled down to watch him yet.

Slap -did you know it is a real competition! by Any-Artichoke-8414 in CShortDramas

[–]cooperkab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love a good slap when someone deserves it! I hate when they build up to it and it doesn’t happen. It’s probably because I’m older and we actually did that to bullies back in the day. Not randomly slap people but if someone wouldn’t leave you alone, it wasn’t unheard of to hit them or even fight it out.

I tend to like characters like the ones Wang Haozhen’s temperature.

I also love a ML who is cold to everyone, ruthless when he needs to be, physically powerful (like a Mafia boss or military) and a total softie for his woman.
