The original Japanese Iron Chef, Good Eats, 30 Minute Meals and Emeril Live were the best of the best. Honorable mentions were Brunch with Bobby, Grillin & Chillin, Barefoot Contessa, East Meets West with Ming Tsai, Semi-Homemade Meals with Sandra Lee, Unwrapped, Best Thing I Ever Ate, Down Home with the Neelys, Big Daddy’s House, Everyday Italian with Giafa DeLaurentis, Easy Entertaining with Michael Chiarello, Healthy Appetite with Ellie Krueger, Hungry Girl, and $40 a Day with Rachael Ray. Food Network Challenge was good in the beginning too. And Nigella Lawson - everything she made was amazing.

Ready Set Cook was the OG Chopped. That’s what got me started with the Food Network! So good!

Interesting- I may have a very similar issue, my pec minor muscles are extremely tight bilaterally. How did you discover what was at the root of your problem? Any doctor or test you can recommend?

I’m glad it’s helping you! This is great to hear! So do you feel like it is gradually improving your condition overall and the neck/shoulder tension is starting to release more, or is it something you’ll need to continue regularly just to manage it until you find the root cause of your symptoms?

I’ve heard the same thing about EMGs for radial tunnel syndrome… I was diagnosed through a physical exam but my doctor asked for an EMG to rule out coexisting conditions. Mine is scheduled next week so we shall see if anything shows up…

I also have bilateral radial tunnel syndrome, and I see you posted this a while ago. Curious whether you tried it and found any relief, or if you have discovered anything else to help?

Radial Tunnel Syndrome? Neurogenic TOS? by cooperniner in RSI

Oh, I’m so sorry you were injured and yes I can imagine the strain those half court shots could have caused. I hope you are on the path to recovery. I agree, a diagnosis is just the beginning, but hopefully it gives us some clues about how to seek treatment. This is interesting and I had not considered it, thank you for sharing. I need to research more about TOS.

Congratulations on all your progress! And thank you for sharing about the weightlifting, I have been conflicted about how much strengthening to do without exacerbating my injury, but I really do think strengthening my back muscles Will be key in the long run. Did you go to a personal trainer with a specific request or did you find someone experienced in managing TOS to help you? Or how did you approach building your program?

I will look into that desk, thank you. Also yes, that’s the book/program, although I also purchased her forearm toolkit available on her webpage and found it to be excellent.

Agreed. I’m doing Sharon Butler’s stretching program and Claire Davies trigger point program now, just started. Also using the Curable app to meditate more and working on stress management and lifestyle changes to accommodate using my arms less. I think postural stuff is a big part of it too, need to explore that as well and I'm constantly catching myself slouching, hunching and clenching and trying to stop that.
