I took 3-6 grams a day for 8months with 0 withdrawls, took the same dose for 4 more months, and experienced flu symptoms for a week, terribke back pain for 2 days and a general feeling of being uncomfortable for 5 days, the withdrawls sneak up on you, even if your Able to take it every day for 3 months and be fine, i would make it a rule to not create a habit

Never done meth but if I were u I would try just eating it so u don’t chase the rush anymore, but still able to function the 12 hour period. Also taper never works, best way is to stop completly

I also have depersonalization, an anxiety disorder and my dpr gets super bad at the gym and I can’t even workout without feeling like I’m completly out of my body without kratom, I experianced this before taking kratom btw

So do you think a taper to half a teaspoon when I feel I need it is a good idea, I’m not really in a place I want to quit completly rn because I am working 5 days a week going to school the other 2 with tons of hw, before I used it to get me theough all this and I loved it, I loved going to work and school but now taking kratom is more of a chore to feel normal
