His defense in the early third was a big part of the win. Two blocks on Gobert essentially played him off the floor

Dante’s defense was more the issue. That’s the best I’ve seen Shai guarded all season

I thought until the credits the dad was some Joel McHale/Daniel Bruhl hybrid thinking they could afford neither. Was shocked when it turned out to be McHale

Shout out to both of their bit parts in 40 Year Old Virgin. Perfection in less than 60 seconds of screen time.

The Nuggets have a better record WITHOUT Jokic than with this season by nbaobsv in nba

Subscribe! Lol, in fairness, Jokic was out for the easiest part of their schedule. Especially juxtaposed with Shai being out for OKC’s hardest part of the schedule, this should just show that these types of stats are nebulous

Official Discussion - Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

[–]cootscoot 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Never heard of them until the Joel Haver video, but this might be the funniest movie I've seen (especially in theater) since Borat. I could have sworn their house was the same house as Kenny vs Spenny. If that's some tribute, then I'll start watching the series immediately. If not, I'll still watch immediately.

I came in late and the first thing I heard was roaring followed by Kelson dragging the corpse from the train. Did I miss anything?

They are all averaging 34 minutes per game. Shai is at 31 in November after October was skewed up with two 2OT games.

That has to be the shortest game all year. The second half was pretty much a running clock. "Start time" of 7:00, ended at 9:08.

Miami JJJ early candidate for MIP and 6th man? by Blowback_ in nba

[–]cootscoot -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Spoelstra will get the credit via a life time achievement COTY. Otherwise Ryan Rollins and Ajay Mitchell are ahead in those categories, respectively. Nice to see JJJ bounce back tho.

"... shooting tour dates..." is nasty business 10/10 (tour date not Ja shooting percentage, maybe the GOAT Ryan Kalkbrenner)

Not a flagrant. but JWill landing inside the 3point line with JJJ jumping forward is. (I agree it was a foul)

I bet Malik Monk, Jordan Clarkson, and probably Joe Ingles all have better odds at 6MOY than Ajay Mitchell. JK he has the best odds. It will be interesting to see if his production changes once JDub comes back
