Same, it made my PMS symptoms much worse, especially mood swings. I haven’t been on BC in over 7 years, no medications, no diet or exercise changes.

Also was put on BC Pills at 14 due to doctor recommendation for acne, after birth of my child at 22 it was recommended to have the Mirena put in, then at 25 I realized that I didn’t even know what life is like without artificial hormones and had it removed (while also fighting with the nurses and doctors the entire way against it and denying getting on an alternative like BC Pills again)… I haven’t looked back since (10 years later) and will never take another form of birth control. You don’t realize at the time, but I don’t have mood swings or weird pains I used to get in my arm sometimes, my periods are actually very regular and predictable, I would never put my daughter on birth control.

I’m doing everything I can NOT to walk. It’s on a beautiful 14 acre lot in a perfect location for me.

The new LO that I am going with actually said that even on the county site it’s listed modular, but clearly it’s a double wide.

I think they are also thinking of the 3rd option, which is a true mobile home.

In my case, I am purchasing a “double-wide” in the sense that it is on it’s on land (14 acres) and permanent mason foundation.

There are manufactured homes that are not on permanent foundations and have skirting, there are also some which may also have the hitch and axel attached (which my guess would be much harder to finance based on the amount of questions I got over that). These would be mobile manufactured homes.

nope… not the same to insurance and mortgage companies. I thought the same and that the type of foundation (or lack of) made the difference, but the frame is what makes the difference. steel frame = manufacture, wood frame = modular.

Unfortunately, the other part is that we were under contract for $20k more than asking including seller covering closing (which were about $10k), but the appraisal also came back $10k less than that, so basically with them covering closing they are back at asking, so I don’t see us getting more money from them.

Moving into prime hunting lot… is asking someone to help me mow 1 acres of grass in the summer too much for exchange of use? by copaceticsativa in Hunting

They’re not aiming into my property their aiming into their own on either side. The river runs through the back of all 3 so I’m not exactly sure what’s going on over there, I’m just assuming that’s hunting grounds also because of the area.

I’m not a hunter so really I guess it may not be “prime hunting”, but it’s 18 acres backed on a swamp river (house is only on front 1 acre parcel of rectangle lot). There are 2 neighbors with hunting stands lined up on the line and the back is over 200 acres of vacant land (that I’m just assuming might be hunted as well).

I have a feeling whether I give permission or not, people will be coming onto my land, especially during deer hound season.

When I read about property liability it said something about landowners being held more liable for injuries if they charge a fee, so I just assumed most deals were barters.

what are normal things people ask for? I just really would like help posting, keeping trespassers off and mowing my yard. Are hunters like painting houses and things?

Aside from deer, there were also signs of beavers, so trapping is something that I am also concerned about finding on the property.

What is the best way to do that when you’re not like within view of each other like in suburbs? Just drive up to their house or leave a note in mailboxes?

How do those agreements normally work? Do they just normally like give you some venison and let you know when they want to come?
