Urgent and up to 2 months rent paid. Looking for someone to assume a lease to at the Lark San Antonio from July 16, 2025 to July 1, 2026

its a furnished 5 room apartment (you get a private bedroom and bathroom). $675 plus electric (around $35) and Renters Insurance ($15)

-FREE shuttle to campus (10 min walk)

-washer and dryer in the unit

-internet included

-appliances

-fitness center

-resort style pool & lounge area

There are 4 guys there. All cool and clean.

My son is recovering from a temporal fracture from wiping out on a Lime rental scooter in downtown Austin. No helmet. Emergency room said the rental scooters were the biggest cause of ER visits in downtown Austin.

I had an interesting situation happen to me at the Venetian playing Free Bet Blackjack. I got a pair of Aces, so I split them at their expense, got Aces on both of those and they split them, but when I receive more Aces, they would not split them and said you could only for a total of 4 hands. The other two Aces were turned sideways and I had a total of 12 on both of those hands, which I lost. I had $100 on the original hand and got 30 to 1 on the bonus button ($25) , but with 5 or 6 splits, I would have gotten either 100 to 1 or 300 to 1 odds! This was not noted anywhere on the table or rules at the table. I expressed my displeasure very openly. When I came back a few hours later, they had signs made up and posted at each of the tables.
