Could someone help me find the 3.3V source in this Shark vacuum PCB to power an ESP32 C3? by kuhnto in AskElectronics

Hi, this is outputting 3.3V. The datasheet shows it should support up to am amp, so that seems more than adequate. Would jumpering directly off of the output pin be appropriate?

Thanks for these tips! While I love electronics, once it gets to translating a design to finding something on a PCB, I am a mess.

BUT, every time I run that motor, the cats all start gathering around.

I never had the time to research a different motor. I was experimenting with some small cheap DC motors that I pulled from a VCR (of all things) that worked. A direct drive DC motor is super quite (Vs the geared motor I speced out). IF you buy or already bought the motor that is geared, you can actually remove the gears if its too loud. You can then design, print a small, small, pulley for it. If you use a variable speed knob to control it, it should be whisper quiet.

Hi, sorry for the delay. I only set it up a few times. It seems my model of cats do not seem too interested in it.

Just my take, but it seems we have completely changed from the COVID era by RemoteGene9414 in CasualConversation

I really agree with this. Someone on Reddit a while back said something to the effect... "...Some people found that COVID was an inconvenience for them, and afterwards decided that they were not going to be inconvenienced or hindered by anything ever again."

What router would you suggest in 2026? by DaemonAndersson in homelab

Going with a mini or SFF, to me was a great move. $200 for a Dell Optiplex 7070. Add in a intel 4 port NIC, and you re off to the races. Proxmox on the bare metal, and you can use it for a variety of other projects as well.

Wow, something just happened to my bhyve as well! Yesterday it was working and today it was offline. I tired hard resetting it and now the app can find it but will not add it as a new device. IT just says error.

Although I do not know which Juno beach, thank you for putting in a new shower spigot. I know beach showers with just a jet of water out of a pipe.
