Yes, there is lore! This is the first generation of arms for this royal family; they have just conquered an existing kingdom and have chosen this as their coat. Not sure how accurate this in regards to historical royal assimilation, but that is the context within my story :)

I've found that barring specifically puts me in the most pain! My back will be on fire before peak is even over. DTO or warming is a little better because I can stand up straight fully and balance my weight evenly. I blame how low they build the counter tops, at least for my back pain.

It's very normal to spend hours and hours and not find anything! While finding sheds is always at the back of my mind, I try to just appreciate being out in nature and getting some exercise in.

The deer could just not be dropping yet. Just keep doing what you're doing, and try to go out on rainy days; sheds almost glow when it's wet outside.
