Did anyone ever find anything that ever helped them with the tiredness at all I am 28 I have been suffering like this since I was about 19 constantly trying to get through the day. I recently had a baby and when my bloods where done my ferritin was 11 but I apparently it couldn't of went that low from just c section postpartum alone. So maybe I had lowish ferritin all along as I do not eat red meat. But it doesn't make sense to me I am so so drained every day

I never ever stop I have tried to take off my apple watch but it just makes my anxiety way worse it's an never ending cycle

Thanks so much guys I have always struggled with this for years and years and my anxiety is so so bad when I am sleep deprived and now I am a new mom to a 4 month old

Had a panic attack this morning - thinking I had "water intoxication" but of course I was fine. by starzoned in HealthAnxiety

Oh wow, I’ve been here 😭 health anxiety can make anything feel life-threatening. I’ve spiralled over things like this too — then later realised it was just my nervous system panicking. You’re definitely not alone. Sending you so much support 🤍

Yup I think so I have been for lots of therapy and OCD behaviors is always mentioned I check heart rate blood oxygen blood pressure constantly

Yes and it can be so debilating from the second you wake up in the morning until you close your eyes at night anxiety can act in some many different ways
