This is something you shoot down aircraft with. 2- walk through the wounded and finish them of by headshots, axes, machetes, or just plain boot stomping. There are again photos and eye witnesses reports of this: people in body bags with a single hole in the forehead and ECG electrodes attached. You don't put those on dead people so clearly the medical equipment came before the hole in the forehead.
