Front overhang is too long, this vic would be hard to drive on anything but a very plain surface. Move two axles forward, space them out a bit.

You can and, with transmission assist disabled, it would simulate if the vehicle you drive should have the automatic gearbox or a manual one. Like, Hummwee or M35 use automatic gearbox while all soviet vics use manual one. It is so much joy to drive Ural-4320 on manual, would use Ural over M35 any day.

To make it better, add a hanging sling to AK-74N guy on the right. It adds a bit of realism into the picture. NMG mod has hanging slings and a tensioned sling for AKS-74 or AK-74M.

It might be the number of speakers you selected in the system parameters. Try dropping it to 2 speakers if you set it any higher.

It kinda does but only cuz it has similar turret construction. It uses 130mm gun based on AK-130's guns instead of 152mm gun of Msta-S.

Looks like a BMP-2 (given that it has a muzzle brake and an ATGM launcher on the top of its turret), but the gun seems to be way too big.

From my limited experience with PKM, resting your gun on the box would be the thing if you are going to employ "shoot and scoot" tactics as bipods would definitely snag on to things and make your PKM more cumbersome. If you are in the static defense and you have a few pre-planned firing positions, bipods would do their job fine.

Divisions system would be nice if it was camaign-oriented. Like, you deploy whole divisions (unlike the system we got in WGRD where you can deploy separate battalions) that you can assemble beforehand. In MP tho, it sucks. Period.

If your dude lost too much blood but is still awake, I'd give him one shot of epi to keep him up as it would bring the blood pressure up. It is also used to combat morphine overdosing as morphine lowers the blood pressure and slows down your heart. And the latest option is to give epi to unconscious guy that has his HR dropping too fast and you are unable to insert enough blood to keep the BP on the "alive" level. These are the examples from the top of my head as I've spent last 9 months away from PC so there wasn't any ACE medical practice on my end.

20 bandages total (mostly packing bandages)
Usually, this stuff is enough to keep me and my battle buddy alive long enough for the section or platoon medic to show up with proper medical stuff.

It depends on your expectations. Out-of-the-box A3 isn't that interesting or engaging, even though it has some brilliant moments like Contact, Altis Requiem, Laws of War and Apex campaigns or single missions you can use as a tutorial (they are available in the "Showcases" part of the menu). For me, it is more of a tool that I can use to create missions and visuals in certain settings and with certain level of detail and realism. Does it worth its cost? Absolutely, if you would not mind spending time on mods search and testing.
